Estimates and pricing. Prices shown on this site are starting prices or typical ranges. Any automated total shown in our quote tool is an estimated price only. Final pricing is confirmed before service based on job details, travel, disposal requirements, accessibility, labor, and applicable discounts.
Discounts. Veteran, senior and disability discounts of 15% apply to qualifying services. Valid identification or eligibility verification may be required. Discounts are not automatically combined or stacked, and exclusions may apply.
Travel charges. Gas or travel charges may apply for longer-distance jobs. Any applicable travel charges are disclosed before service.
Estate services. Estate-sale agreements, commissions, proceeds, expenses, junk-removal fees, and package discounts are documented and agreed upon with the customer before services begin.
Licensing. We maintain applicable licensing and permits where required for the services we provide.
Scheduling. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather and access conditions. We'll communicate promptly if a scheduled visit needs to change.
